And of course Gute, MLF, etc have all said they want him back and they didn't sign that extension with the intention of only having him for one year.As I said elsewhere I think Gute, Murphy, MLF, etc have all went to great lengths to patch up the relationship with AR (and I suspect Rodgers has done some some work on his end too, to be fair) and that they're not just going to turn around and throw all that away to get rid of him. But I also think they are going to balance what's best for our future. Guys like Cobb, Crosby, Lewis, etc probably wouldn't even be considered for returning if not for Rodgers. I suspect they will be allowed to walk (along with Lazard, etc) and this will probably see Rodgers ask for a move. Ultimately that might be the best-case scenario for us...clear a lot off the books and get some sort of return for Rodgers as opposed to him just retiring.</blockquote>
