It's not so much that they never bothered adding anybody but that it sure feels like they simply did not value the position nearly as highly as they should have - or if nothing else - *certainly* less than most others.I mean, I like the guy just fine, and I think he's a good player...but prior to this year's draft, we spent a higher draft pick on AJ Dillon than any WR bar Davante Adams in the last decade (And I believe the same is true of Eddie Lacy, for that matter...). In a league that continues to become more and more pass-dominant, spending more draft capital on a bruising RB than on wideouts is a little unconventional, if nothing else. And to be fair I do think Rodgers can make players better (or has in the past) but we were really seemingly expecting him to produce a miracle with what we gave him to work with this season. So, yeah. It's not that we've not tried to reinforce the position at all but it seems to me like most other teams tend to value the position more highly than we have.</blockquote>
