I remember reading an article about the rookie mindset.  Most of these guys were superstars on their College team and because of that may not have been required to practice as hard, to protect them from injury.  Now those rookies are in the NFL fighting for their careers, this year practicing well is going to be a very valuable skill set for the younger unproven guys.</p></blockquote><p></p>
