Sinatra was right on when he said that screens, slants, close TE plays, and check-downs are all equally effective ways to slow down the pass rush. If you're clinging to a "running is the only way to win" mentality, you are still swimming in history. The modern NFL proves that you don't need it to win. ...and I won't buy that the Giants beat the Packers because we didn't have a running game. We beat them in the regular season without one. There were many more factors at play in that loss.</blockquote>
