I see this as good news. No more delaying the inevitable. Time to get him reinstated and then you take the next approach which is probably a trade.

Normally I would say better sooner than later, but I'd actually like both parties to cool down before any decisions are made. The bitterness is at an all-time high - or so it seems. I still have hopes of this ending amicably.

The only way this thing is going to get settled is for everyone to play out their options, as long as it gets done before training camp, things should be ok.
