Raji Returning

JS is reporting that Raji is nearing a 1-year, $4Mish deal. Personally, I like it. It's a minimal investment and we need bodies on the DL. And with it being a short-term deal, you should be getting a guy out to prove something. He's gambling on himself that he can have a good year in order to earn a bigger contract. And if he doesn't pan out, it's a short-term, small investment that will not hurt the team. Plus, since he's now the 1-year/$4M guy, it's easier to sit him in favor of guys that are producing - if the fact he was a 1st rounder years ago was still factoring at all.

Don't forget the new Salary Cap increase had something to do with his increase in pay.
