As a 3rd Rounder, you're expecting a solid starter. Draft position should increase the expectations for a player. There are other players like LVN that should also be graded on that curve. At the 13th pick in the draft, you're needing an impact player, not a role player who makes a play every 3 weeks. As I've posted in the past, Gute's tremendous drafting in rounds 4-7 has saved his job because I think he has too many disappointments in the first 3 rounds. Gute has also done a real good job in free agency and in general, knowing who to jettison and who to resign. That said, the Packers have the typical holes in the roster that keeps them from being a legitimate SB contender that you have to blame on poor drafting in rounds 1-3.</p></blockquote><p></p>
