Players have to motivate themselves. But coaches have to do more of it. MLF has not got there yet. When you have a young team you have to make them forget about the week before. They have to understand it is business as usual. You have to work just as hard to win when you are a big favorite as you do when you are the big underdog.</p></blockquote><p></p>
