Tonight starts my 75th year of following the Green Bay Packers. I was 8 years old the first time I went to a game. I've seen a lot of the history, and what I didn't see, my Dad did, and he made it a point to tell me everything he could about it. He was even there, when the fans walked on the sideline by the team, and had a couple of hip flasks with brandy in them, that the players would sneak a sip from now and then. He was on a first name basis with almost all of them.
