This handcuffs Jordan and the offense. He can't get up their fast enough to read the defense, audible if needed and get the ball snapped before that play clock reaches zero. How many timeouts a game does he or MLF have to call to avoid a 5 yard penalty, before MLF realizes the issue?</p></blockquote><p></p>
