The feeling has crept up from time to time over his tenure with us (and to his credit he has often done enough to quiet it down as needed) but I just continually find myself going back to thinking that he'd be a great strictly as an OC but struggles more with all the decision-making that being a head coach entails. I think his offensive concepts are great, he's generally creative (if a bit too cute at times), and he does really quite well at developing the talent he's given on offense. But in terms of in-game management and decision-making it just seems like it's constantly something absolutely baffling. I'm aware of his win-loss record but as it stands, is it really so far-fetched to suggest we've currently got the third-best coach in the division? I mean, like I said - I like the guy and I think he does a lot of things right, but if Minnesota or Detroit called us and said "wanna swap coaches," who says no?</blockquote>
