But even as dedicated fans, it’s good to keep a healthy perspective that this is an ever evolving game and a 16 week process.This team is relatively young and the lack of cohesiveness is noticeable on both sides. I noticed that on both O and D early in the game Monday night but with flickers of nice plays. But we’ve also seen all 3 phases shine brightly in at least one of the last several weeks.  But the best part is this.. as bad as we’ve looked at times early this year, we are basically neck n neck for the division lead going into a difficult road game stretch.All it takes is for these 3 phases to be determined to improve and to believe that they can rally together and play as a cohesive team in a 3 hour segment once per week. If each phase plays together in one game as good as they’ve each played seperately at times this year? We have every opportunity to keep winning games.</blockquote>
