The Green Bay head athletic trainer Pepper Burrus (37 years of experience) and assistants Kurt Fielding (23), Bryan "Flea" Engel (15), and Nate Weir (seven) won the Ed Block NFL Athletic Training Staff of the Year in 2011. They are highly regarded around the NFL, but nowhere more than in their own building.
