It isn't a rush to bring in the terminator type because quite honestly it rarely works in your favor. When I see it happening, I'm usually watching a GM and/or HC that is scared of losing their job unless they have some instant success the following year. That's the one thing that can make a franchise fall to the bottom of the heap and stay there until the entire culture is rebuilt.</blockquote>
