The Green Bay Packers have turned to an in-state product to fill their No. 3 quarterback position heading into the start of off-season workouts Monday. Matt Blanchard, who led the Warhawks to three Division III national championships, signed with the Packers on Wednesday, according to his agent, Paul Sheehy.
