I don't remember exactly where he placed at 220 lbs in the Illinois High School State wrestling tournament, but it was definitely top 3. He was our (Illinois Outsiders) 220lber at the Disney Duals that year. The dual meet tournament at the time was a top off-season National Event. So I have personally spent time coaching him. He has a younger brother (Dillon) who was State Champ at HWT. this year for Joliet Catholic Academy as a sophomore. The high school team I coach is in the same conference. Our hwt. who was a returning State qualifier had to wrestle him in the conference semi finals. It was not pretty. Dillon is a beast and an even better football player than a wrestler I am told. Eric is a good kid from a good family. He is on the older side if memory serves. It would be nice to see him play on Sunday's and why not for the Pack.</p></blockquote><p></p>
