Regardless of diminished skills, Mr. Peppers will never be charged with a less than high-revving motor, an issue with several of our defensive players.This is a leadership/locker room/chemistry thing as much as a performance thing.Given this is a one year rent-a-player deal (to go with the Raji one-year-and-done affair) and given all of Peppers' guarantee is all in the first year, I think I'm OK with it, even if it is not quite the creative destruction one might have desired.For 2015, we'll have the option to recapture a ton of cap room (Williams, Raji, Peppers) at which point Nelson, Cobb and Bulaga can be taken care of.  In the mean time, expect the draft to still be defense-heavy...including at least one big man...in anticipation of losing the aforementioned one-and-doners.</blockquote>
