He's a zone blocking guy.

His 7th job since 2000. He coached at the Oilers for 4 years, 2 stints at Colorado each for 2 years; every other job 1 or 2 years. He doesn't appear to be a long time fixture. I wonder if MM talked to Jagodzinski? He was the only guy we've had that knows zone blocking, but must have burned too many bridges on his way out of Green Bay.
