I honestly think McCarthy is a step down from Sherman.

As for the original post. I like to see the changes that McCarthy is implementing. The further we get from how things used to be, the better off we will be. His changes are well thought out and they make sense.

Oh, somewhere above, Trom mentions that Sherman was a good regular season coach. I'll even disagree with that. To turn Lambeau field in to a losing venue for the Packers is not forgivable.
