    Ok laughing guy .... it's dirt/topsoil now ... but what goes on top of dirt/topsoil? Hmmmm?????

    I was going to be a smartass and say the turf heating system, but that probably is under the sand/drainage layer and soil. So i guess I'd have to go with the sod

    I always preferred the beach at High Cliff myself.

    I can barely budget yearly for weed and feed, guessing new turf is a lot cheaper. :coffee:

    Hopefully the Sod DR. consulted Lovat so they could come up with a blend that doesnt pull everyone's hamstring and groin.

    go with a liquid spray, you'll use a lot less so it will save your wallet and the environment. Most of the weed and feed is wasted and you have to put down huge (relatively speaking) quantities to get some marginally effective weed control. Once you have them under control, just spot treat and save even more :)

    or you can have some 50-80 year old pines and maples and not have to worry about grass
