No wonder our cheerleaders never get air time. Until this post, I didn't even know that we had cheerleaders.

We don't have cheerleaders...not since around 1985. Local college and/or H.S. squads participate in some Packers activities...but I do not believe the games.

We don't really Have a Very "Professional cheering team". Who needs it. Green Bay is all about football.

Yeah they are on the sidelines... not sure why they don't get more camera time though.

I just remember the ghastly spangled uniforms that our cheerleaders used to wear. Pretty embarrassing, actually.

These girls were just there during "Fan Fest". I don't think they do it during games.
Heck.....what would be the sense og it? It's not like you could SEE them in those heavy winter parkas!

I was a kid when I left the Midwest, but didn't we all have a few weeks of decent weather? They don't have to wear heavy winter parkas for at least the preseason games. ;)

Ey! I think the packers should have some Cheerleaders :cheerleader: Something to rest your eyes on during the pauses. Eyecandy in otherwords

But then they can´t have any cheese theme....that would ruin it

It´s maybe not that sexy with girls looking like cheese

Anyway when I think about it I really hope that the VIkings cheerleaders don´t have a Viking theme.

Baird on girls is not that hot either...

As much as I love the Packers, I'm glad we left Wisconsin (and Illinois where I was born). Dad used to bring in the car's battery every night so the car would start in the morning. And shoveling snow is not fun.

Where I'm at now, snow is something you drive to. I like it better that way. However, I'd readily admit I like mid-westerners waaay better than Californians. Mid-westerners' friendliness doesn't have an ulterior motive.

The Packers haven't had official cheerleaders since 1988, however cheerleaders from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and St. Norbert College appear at home games throughout the season. The Packers discontinued their squad of official cheerleaders in large part due to fan indifference. There are no plans to return to official cheerleaders.
