I went to my son's track meet 9 am Saturday and spent 5 hours in the hot sun wearing short sleeves. I forgot my sunscreen and got all sunburned.

The worst are my ears. Difficult to sleep with the pain from them. I thought all the time I spent golfing would have lessened the severity. Good thing I didn't wear shorts or I would have been burned much worse.

Guess I'm just a red neck.

A couple years ago on my buddys boat I got sunburned pretty bad on my face, stomach, back, and the arms (for once my face wasn't only killing the people that saw it).

By the way How the hell did you get sunburned, is it that hot. I've been stuck inside for a couple days. The snow banks are HUGE!!!

It was really bright but only about 75 degrees. Now I'm stuck inside for awhile.

I know how those sunburns hurt big time.
I got really fried in Florida a few years ago and felt like I was going to die.

The truth of the matter is, I could use some of that sun right about now.
We up here in the U.P. just got 3 feet of fresh snow over the last 7 days and it hasn't been fun. Couple that snow with the 40 mile an hour winds and it made for some tough sledding.
Even the snow plows were getting stuck.
They are predicting another 6-8 inches over the next couple of days.

A little sunshine would feel real good about now. I'm sick of this white sh>t.

I'm getting better now. Used the pool for the first time this year.
I did get burned in a new spot where I did not apply sunblock--eyelids.

I can leave the windows open until about noon when it is too hot.
    Re-open them at 1900.
I don't want to use air conditioning yet because I'm cheap.
If it hits 90 Monday or Tuesday I will.

You folks back in the upper Midwest don't know how good you have it.

    Most people would say 7:00PM.

For the rest of the Packer Fans you should have said that the Big Hand is on the 12, and the Little Hand is on the 7.

For Viking fans, you would say "Look at the sundial, and PRETEND you know what you are looking at!" :rotflmao:
