Our Offense is currently ranked #22 in scoring and the chances of that remaining there or getting worse as the season progresses is slim to none.While you can diminish the importance of stats or say they don’t tell a story or they are unreliable because it’s a moving target, they still are relevant because they compare your results to the competition. We don’t play ourselves, we play an opponent and the rankings are against our opponent. The team that scores the most points on Offense and allows the least points on Defense wins every time in every game scenario. We can’t change that no matter how good our opinion sounds or what our long term expectations might entail.That said and with all due respect. You might not care about scoring the most points or where our strengths or weaknesses match our opponent or areas of needed improvement. Well I don’t care that we are Superbowl favorites so we both don’t agree on our approach. We do agree just beat the dang Jets! and everything takes care of itself.</blockquote>
