The proceeds from share sale will go to help defray the cost of expansion of Lambeau Field which will cost $140M.</p><p>Expansion of Lambeau field will be completed in 2013.</p><p></p><p>Green Bay Gal --Gruden was a Packer assistant coach on Mike Holmgren's coaching Staff in the 1990's.
