Coston participated in the hour-plus of practice that was open to reporters and was listed as "limited participation."  Also limited were: LT Chad Clifton (knee), TE Bubba Franks (knee), CB Al Harris (back), WR Greg Jennings (shoulder), DE Michael Montgomery (knee) and CB Charles Woodson (foot).  Running back Vernand Morency (team decision) did not participate. McCarthy said coaches planned a Wednesday-Friday practice schedule for Morency this week. CB Will Blackmon (foot) and C Scott Wells (eye) are out.  For Washington, CB Fred Smoot was added to the injury report</blockquote>
