I guess that was the nexis of my post. I understand that Ingram has talent. I think James Starks has that kind of talent. I know a fan wants to see improvement and you want to think it's immediate but Starks showed some potential last year and you know as well as I that the second year SHOULD be more productive. I admire the living heck out of Sproles and love his type of play. I think you have to have that type of offense to utilize that kind of player and I believe the Packers and Saints and Chargers are those types of offenses. The trouble I see is that San Diego didn't see it as important to resign him. It's like the used car that's too cheap for the model year, you gotta figure a transmission ya know? As for your analysis of the game I think you're dead on. This isn't a shoot'em up kind of game. It's the defenses that will dictate the game. I respect that you acknowledge our secondary. Most fans will agree that we think it's the best secondary in the league. Combine that with a superior rush and you have trouble for your offense...... but we don't have the kind of pressure, at least on paper as last year. It remains to be seen if we can generate the kind of inside rush to force errant throws. But yea, we do have the best backfield in the league. The curious point of this is that regardless of stats, it's going to come down to defensive play to win the game. I have no question in my mind the superior defense is the Packers. But there is always the element of surprise. Good luck and we'll see you in the NFCCG
