I would not worry too much about the spanking the Packers took Monday night vs the obviously superior Bengals. There is little doubt in my mind that MM will have no trouble getting the Packers regrouped to take on the lowly Tennessee Titans @ Lambeau on Friday night.

The Packers should have little trouble handling the Titans. After the Packers get their win vs the inferior Titans you can all go back to talking "out of your heads" about your beloved and incompetent new GM and how successful he has been.

Thats a point I was making in the "stop overeacting" topic. The Bengals are better thna us but we play few teams of the Bengals caliber this year

I don't understand the point of this thread. Other then trying to use it as a chance to slap Ted Thompson. It's funny how if you HATE the guy, you can come on here and make this kind of post and think it's fine. If someone says he likes the job TT is doing, they are talking "out of your heads". Me, i haven't seen enough either way to love or hate the job he is doing. To me, the jury is still out. HOW can anyone judge what he's done so far, when this was only his second draft? And so far it looks pretty good with Hawk and Jennings. Most teams are thrilled if they get one or two half decent players out of the draft. NO gm hits a "homerun" on EVERY player.

"Most teams are thrilled if they get one or two half decent players out of the draft."

I agree with most of your post but this statement confuses me. If you are 4-12 and rebuilding you better get more than "one or two HALF DECENT" players out of the draft. You better get 3 or 4 starters and some help with depth......which TT did!

I know teams can go through a slump but we played two great teams with one that wasnt so good, we beat the not so good team but the other two great teams we sucked. We have tons of work to do to get into the palyoffs this year. We have tons of rookies on this team.

it seems to me alot of people dont like the job t.t. is doing and i know the media is saying alot about the coaches,i know presason is to see how we will hold up in real game situations, but we do have to give everone a chance the bears game will be a true test for our o-line since they are the best in our divisoin if we beat them on the 10 th i think we will do okay :D

You really are the BIG CHEESE :D I guess that is the nature of being a fan and posting in forums, having 24/7 sports news, etc. We overreact, overanalyze and expect immediate results. We would all be well served to take a step back and try to see the big picture. Thus far, I would say TT has had some hits and some misses, but has a gameplan that he is sticking with to rebuild this franchise. Whether the gameplan is correct and if he is the man for the job cannot be determined in one season, or two.

Actually it was a cheap slap at the TT dick lickers.

They couldn't say much this week because reality was dished out to them compliements of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Once the Packers handle the lowly Tennessee Titans they will be back in full force to celebrate TT's success as Packer GM.

How is that Teddy Smalls fault. He has put together a decent team, now they have to go out and make plays.

Brett only said this was the most talented team because he didn't mean it. What he meant to say was Ted didn't give him any talent.

you know what iam getting sick and tired of, Is if you support the packers or have anything good to say your a TT lover or TT dick licker.

Its getting very very old, Iam sorry but I support my packers and I sure as hell not going to call for the GM's head after 1 year, I don't love or hate TT, just like most of you guys here, but common sense tell's most of us to give the guy a chance. enough already.
