Let Favre be Favre for two more years. The biggest need for the Pack is defensive line. Sorry, but KGB got domiated in the second half by McKinne who is a middle of the road tackle. Yes, he's big but not that good. The Vikes took over with the running game on the left side. Too bad, I'd love to see Bush playing against the Vikes for the next 6 years, but i think it's a moot point without the Pack bolstering the DLine. Too bad the rivarly is in the tank this year, just not as excited as chasing the BOORING Bears.

the line is fine, besides KGB. Kampman is almost a better pass rush end than KGb is! Yes, I said pass rush. You have all seen it, he is almost always near the QB on every pass play. And as far as run stopping, he is damn good at that. He is undersized, but if you're doing what is expected, and more, who cares about that.

Jenkins is fine, Grady is fine(but probably not a packer next year)

Cole and Montgomery could come in though. They seem solid, id like to see more.

I dont think the the D Line is our biggest problem I think that some if not a lot of our losses this year can be tributed to our O line. Another problem obviously facing the Pack is the huge lack of a running game. It isnt going to be good guys if Fisher starts today instead of Gado or Lee. I would kind of like to see how lee can do out there, but I wouldnt mind seeing Gado get another chance. Which I am sure he will if not with the Packers maybe with someone else.

KGB is far from a bust, just misused. He should not be in on obnvious rush downs as he wears down and is overwhelmed later.

Who would you put in his place?

I'm looking at the Active Player chart - and not finding anyone who would be chosen to step in - not effectively. One wonders if Sherman is laying off these guys during the week - I would be having all of 'em do laps around Lambeau - all year long - to turn up their stamina... just like in the military. They get their wind and keep it all season long when you do that.... and they stay in shape better.

Stamina is a coaching issue....

Pack doesn't have the "luxury" of having a pass rush specialist....

(They need an "everydown" player at DE...)

I don't know that doing laps around lambeau will help a whole lot...

Stamina is the ability to recover after hard efforts... That doesn't come from slow laps around Lambeau field.

C'mon StarWars - you know better -- Laps around Lambeau aren't meant to be slow laps in any fashion. I would have them competitive in their times around the field - and reward them accordingly. Lombardi style.....

Again IPB, stamina is the ability to recover after hard efforts, repeatedly. That comes through interval training at different distances couple times a week.

I agree with you about the stamina issue but I think people mistake stamina for endurance. Vice a versa?

To me - especially in the NFL - Stamina & Endurance.. are both - One & the same!
