It's they're job to do that with every player. Matt Leinart and Vince Young are super stars by they're names and were picked apart. A 2nd round guard has his flaws as well.My main concern is his run blocking and his upper body strength. 19 reps of 225 isn't good a lot of positions let alone a guard. He'll struggle in run blocking so I hope Coston (or whoever) picks up the slack on the right side and we run that way more often. Colledge is however a great pass blocker and was one of the best to enter the draft (which is why he played LT in college) He'll help us a lot in pass blocking but has very raw run blocking skills.</blockquote>
