Kettle of Fish in the West Village is legendary, but you have to get there hours early just to get in, let alone get a seat.  There is Angry Wades in Brooklyn.  I've gone to Tom & Jerry's in SOHO a few times. They have a big projector screen.  On the the Upper East Side, there Mad River.  The entire second floor is a packers bar during the season.  As a transplanted Packer Backer who has lived all over the US, there are a TON of places to watch with fellow Packers fans here.
