Way too many factors beyond stats, though. I heard that McNabb is the all-time leader % of passes intercepted. Not relevant but interesting. Rodgers is a young guy whom is beginning to look like he could potentially be the real deal. He has a lot of talent around him, and I'm still waiting to see him elevate the game of the players around him. He's athletic and has a heck of an arm but still inexperienced. To me, part of being a great player is consistency and availability. Rodgers hasn't been a starter long enough imo to be considered a great player, nor has he been consistent enough in that time (though he is performing very well right now the past 5-6 games now). McNabb has been in the league 10 years and has quarterbacked a team to the NFC championship 5 times now. The Eagles were my preseason NFC super bowl pick so I think it will be 6 times in 11 years, which is out of this world. Obviously, they have a lot of talent and quality coaching there, but you don't have that sort of success consistently without a superstar QB. See the Pack with Favre as an example. Rodgers will have to get to the championship game to be mentioned in the same breath as McNabb (imo). To surpass him he's going to have to get there several times and be consistently great. If he surpasses him, we've got a HOFer in Rodgers. I don't think he'll be as good over as long of a period as McNabb, though. That is unbelievably rare and we'd be insanely fortunate to go from one HOFer to another back to back.
