I think the Steelers got us beat on Nicknames..

John Kuhn "The C00n" (My nickname for him and I mean the animal, not the racist term)
Brandon Jackson "B-Jack"
Tim Masthay "Red" (I think)
Tramon Williams "Money" (My nickname for him)
D-line "Tundra Thunda (My nickname for the group).

All in good fun Steeler fans. That's Great Great Grandpa. Sheboygan Wisconsin, 1800 and something.

Completely off-topic, but your sig pic reminds me of some I have of my family up in Laona back in the 1880s... :D

Neo started as a joke. A lot of Packers fans wanted the guy to start before he had taken a single carry in the NFL. Then jokes started that he could walk on water, that he was the savior, etc... Neo stuck.

Of course, as soon as the guy hit the field, he proved to be miles better than the other backs we have, and the nickname wasn't just a mockery anymore.

My own nickname for Starks is SuperStarks, The Green and Gold blur.

I gave Clay a Native American name, Runs Without Batteries.

Deion Sanders called Clay Matthews 'Bloodline'. God I hope that sticks, it's badass.

Also, Donald Driver has had the nickname Quickie for a long time, at least since high school.
