I've heard it from some Packers bloggers, most notably due to his sudden jump in the Playoffs, like the Wild Card game. I'm not sure it's an "official" nickname, though.

Neo started as a joke. A lot of Packers fans wanted the guy to start before he had taken a single carry in the NFL. Then jokes started that he could walk on water, that he was the savior, etc... Neo stuck.

Of course, as soon as the guy hit the field, he proved to be miles better than the other backs we have, and the nickname wasn't just a mockery anymore.
