Message: <blockquote data-quote="grampi" data-source="post: 465695" data-attributes="member: 5816"><p>Replacement refs getting the call wrong on the field, and then replay officials blowing the call were bad enough, but when the league supposedly watched the same replays everyone else has seen and then backed the call made by the refs, this makes two things crystal clear...team owners are only interested in revenue, and league officials do whatever team owners want them to do...team owners and league officials believe they hold all the cards here, when in reality, the players and the fans do...without either there's no reason to have team owners...I guarantee if the players threatened to boycot the league/owners because of the poor refs (with the end of the Packers/Seahawks game being the straw that broke the camel's back), the owners would cave....it would take them all about a millisecond to realize no games equals massive dollar signs going down the drain....they unfortunatley understand only one thing....money....therefore the players should hit 'em where it hurts...</p></blockquote><p></p>
