Maybe something like not only predicting winners, but adding or subtracting points based on how close we are to picking the actual score. Count the difference on both winner and loser. Your differential would be 4 on the winning score, and 4 on the losing score, so a differential of 8 points. If the next person picks it at 27-10, as an example, they would be 4 off, and 10 off, for a total of 14. Let's say the next person picks it 30-23. They would be off by 1, and 3, for a total of 4.
