It sets off the alarm at airports, security check points in almost every location I go where metal detector screening is done. It gets to be a pain because I have to go through a secondary screening which always includes a pat down and using a hand-held metal detector. On a couple of occasions, I even got the treatment with a sniffer dog sticking its nose in my crotch. On one occasion, after a dog did a big sniff job, I looked at the TSA agent and asked him how they handled it when the dog had the sniffles. He told me that wasn't funny.
