If it were Mr. Anderson getting kicked in the "guys", he'd be more than concerned. Amongst other things, he'd be sweating. :)

Looked intentional, unless he was getting stung by a hornet in his pants just at that moment.

On a related note, as much as I wanted the Lions to lose, I think the current NFL rule to not review when a coach challenges at certain wrong times is garbage. Should not even be a penalty. Simply tell the coach that the play will be reviewed and not charge them a challenge - or if they feel so much a need for punishment, charge them a time-out. Very ticky-tacky and takes away from the game.
