But the one piece that I still see missing in GB is veteran leadership. To have that you must have some veterans. We do have a few on the roster now but that has been missing for a while. Teams like Philly and KC had that last season. And the result was a SB appearance. That can be the difference between an 11-12 win season and an 8-9 one along with a first round exit and a later round departure.</p></blockquote><p></p>
