Evan Williams took away the short toss but left Kmet in the end zone. But a smart Nixon picked him up before Williams made his decision. And Nixon actually baited Caleb into that throw. The QB made plenty of those throws in the second half but not this time.In a sense that is the double edged sword of a multi talented QB. He has too many options. If it was Jeff Goff, he gives to Gibbs or fakes it to him, then tosses to his TE. He never would try to bootleg on 4th and 1 in a do or die moment like that.</blockquote>
