    Word is Bellicheck waters down the field at Foxboro in December so Peyton has a nice ice rink to skate on in the Playoffs...

    the good news is ... we will never have to worry about people bitchin about the feild and making excuses. of course if you win 38-10 you probally think the field is just fine as it is.

    I'm not certain that article is correct - Pittsburgh's Heinz Field has a plain ol' grass surface. Many fans have clamored for something that won't get as beat up - remember Univ of Pittsburgh plays it's games there plus the local High School championships. Unlike Lambeau that sees only 8 games a year (hopefully more!). If you saw the game last night Heinz is pretty much mud between the 30 yd lines.

    It seems like a good idea to me to have the same surface on the field that they have on the practice field. It is not like home field advantage means a whoel lot lately here anyway.
