Nice, although as an ultimate frisbee enthusiast I would add that it's not an honor system per se, but generally a self-officiated game governed overall by a mantra to play within the Spirit Of The Game. That said, they don't play ultimate for millions of dollars and Vegas hasn't caught the wave yet, so even hotly contested calls can be settled easily with a "do-over" these days. Not so much in today's football.
