Day 1 starter without question and is progressing down the stretch with three straight 73 or better graded games by PFF after seemingly being a roller coaster of one week in the 40s or 50s and then mid 60s and then back down....and up...He's a bonafide NFL starting Tackle. He still overcommits, has had bad tackling games but for a fourth rounder to come in and hit the ground running as he has is incredible (11 starts out of 12 games for Buffalo). Not lighting the world unfire numbers, but for a rookie on a team that he isn't the first option (Nico Collins and Dalton Schultz for sure) and shares that second tier targets with a full room of Xavier Hutchinson, Jaylin Noel and Kirk when healthy. His season has been a mixed bag, but very much a rookie trying to stay afloat at times - he's had some great games though - and it is too early to know what he'll be....but predicted he'd be a contributor and he is doign it on a playoff level team so that's a soft base hit I'd say right now.

Jackson Slater - 5th rounder to the Titans.
I was very curious given the accusations of me "just throwing a lot of takes out there" how my top 100 list has washed out at this TOO EARLY to judge stage...but really wanted to isolate the few guys that I compared to most consensus were very bullish on: Josh Conerly - He was my OT1 in this draft (went 29th overall and 7th OL gone). He's started every game for the Commanders. He has a 95.5 efficiency rating in pass pro - which soounds high but is about normal for most part of a decent OL - our lowest starting OL is Rasheed at 96.2.
