Well, we all know that doing such a thing would be a violation of trademark dilution statutes; and I'm a law-abiding citizen. But it looks pretty good, I think.

No Packer fan should ever refer to "4 Super Bowls" again. Each of the 13 Championships is equally important to the great history of the Green Bay Packers.
Maybe the 13 should be larger, and a contrasting color to emphasize it?

you should contact one of the companies licensed to produce Packer stuff, or GB front office and see what they say about who to contact

Very nice design. That on the front and a list of the accomplishments down the back of a T-shirt.

Worn in Minnesota or Chicago, it would make their fans blood boil in envy. LOL
