He obviously deserves his contract, which was agreed upon by both parties years ago, and it's a joke for any of you to not think so. If he out-performs what he thinks his contract is worth, he can take it up with the organization, and they can agree on a new deal if everyone thinks it is appropriate. Again, this is a business.Now, let's see those MBAs shine....</blockquote>
