We would need to draft accordingling for the next 3 years to make that transition smooth. We do not have the depth at each position to make that happen anytime soon. Before we trade away Clay Matthews we should try and restructure his contract, because I do agree he is not worth the money we are paying and he has more than enough in endorsements.</blockquote>
