    Montana Bob said this:
Come on, Bob. You thought we couldn't pass this up?

    So, Montana jokes.

This small time ventriloquist is touring the country and playing small gigs. So, he's got one in Montana and is of course making Montana jokes, making fun of people in Montana. Everyone else is taking it well, but one drunk guy gets completely offended and finally gets up and yells "Hey! We ain't dumb! I'm tired of you making fun of us Montana people!"

The ventriloquist gets up and says "I'm sorry you got offended. This is all in jest and I was hoping to get some laughs."

Then the drunk Montana guy replied "I ain't talking to you! I'm talking to that dumb a** on yer knee!"

Little known fact........before Bob became a teacher, he worked in a tavern.
One day, a termite walked into Bob's tavern and said
    "Excuse me......is the bartender???"

I was hoping it would make people think!
I bet others don't get it, but don't want to admit it!

I had to read it 3 times. After I stopped putting extra words into your sentence I got it. However it wasn't funny.

    Wasn't funny?

I told this at the meeting today and got some good laughs. Maybe you all read it wrong.

It may not be a belly laugher, but the first time i heard it, i had to take a few seconds to figure it out. Thats what made it a good one to me.......it's not overly funny, but the use of words makes it good.
Just my "Cheesey" opinion, of course!

It's a good pun. But I usually don't laugh at puns. It's not you nor your joke it's me. I am not Cheesified enough. I have to work too hard at trying to figure out its meaning to laugh when I finally get there.

You're starting to scare me. I used to hear this from women all the time (or something similar, followed by "you're like a brother to me").

I'mmmm Baaaack!! I new Zombie couldn't resist the temptation to start something.
We had a great weekend over in Spokane and Pullman WA. The Celtic Woman concert was tremendous....worth the free tickets. :) We went down to Pullman to see our grandaughter on Friday. Got there a few hours before she got off work so we took in the Washington State vs. San Jose State basball game.
Good game for college kids. Some guy from San Jose got caught twice in rundowns and the WSU crowd started singing "Do you know the way to San Jose."
Got back Sunday afternoon. Lookout Pass on the Idaho/MT border still has 15 feet of snow. It's gonna be awhile before it melts.

Glad you had a great time Bob.

Got the CD, but would love to see them live. In between Heavy Metal albums, I like Celtic music.
