Obviously the draft is crucial, but it seems like all of the draft talk is about talents and abilities, which clearly are vital, but if chemistry on a TEAM is at least as important as talent (which I believe it is - and so seemingly does MM), how much attention must be given to the mindset and attitude of any player we might consider picking up in the draft and is there a way to analyze that? Any thoughts?
