Gut Reactions from this conference so far are that MM seems :

    - Honest
    - Genuine
    - Tough
    - Smart

I really think I am going to like this Coach !!!

Experienced would be something he's not. As a head coach, at least. We'll see, though.

Living in a 49'er broadcast area I saw the 49'er offense last year.

Was it McCarthy's fault? Was it Alex Smith he had to work with?

Coaching is an unknown for the Packers. We don't know yet.
You cannot judge a coach by his press conferences(remember the last coach?)

i like where hes coming from, with this blue collar no-nonsense attitude. thats the biggest difference so far.

75% of the players were at voluntary workouts...did that EVER happen with sherman?

I only saw a clip on NFL network and he seemed okay. But jeez, he reminds me of a guy I'd shoot the **** with in a bar not any brain trust. Then again, TT took awhile to grow on me and while he seems to have little personality, he just may be a good GM. So, I will hope for the best with MM. He just doesn't inspire much enthusiasm. Maybe if I'd seen the whole thing I'd get a better impression.
