Message: <blockquote data-quote="Pokerbrat2000" data-source="post: 784453" data-attributes="member: 7261"><p>While I am not fully on board with calling MM a bad coach or a great coach, I fully agree with your last statement with a caveat.  Yes, unlike the Wolf and Holmgren days where the Packers spit out quite a few decent QB's, TT and McCarthy only have Rodgers as their trophy.  However, as much as some want to give those two too much credit for Rodgers success, I think they still deserve some.  TT was a GM who recognized the talent and drafted AR and whatever McCarthy and the coaches did in the process, worked perfectly in helping to make Rodgers who he is today.  Had Rodgers ended up in Cleveland, would he be the same guy?  I don't think anyone can say yes or no and be 100% confidant in that.</p></blockquote><p></p>
