Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy will receive the Lee Remmel Sports Awards Distinguished Service Award next month.
McCarthy led the Packers to a 13-3 regular-season record and to the NFC championship game last season, and contributed time to cystic fibrosis organizations, Cerebral Palsy Inc., the American Heart Association's Red Hat campaign and the team's Make A Wish Foundation efforts.
