He won't be carrying a 15 pound vest on the field; more like a 300 pound lineman or a 240 pound linebacker.

His death had nothing to do with his workouts, but then again, I really doubt you could attribute his incredible skills and success to simply running uphill either.

The guy died a young man. His routine obviously didn't work that well...

yet he retired with some pretty amazing records and top 3 RBs of all time. so yeah I think his routine did just fine.

Would you say the same thing if this was about reggie white?
